Reports
The Voice Mail provides a variety of reports that you can view on the screen and print. To print any
of these reports, you will need each of the following:
Q
a Windows-compatible printer, connected to your computer and turned on
Q
a Windows NT printer driver installed.
To access the Report feature:
Click Reports on the menu bar to display the Reports menu.
Multiple Reports
You can use the Multiple Reports feature to scroll through several reports, displayed on your screen
in the order you select them. If you wish, you can also print them.
To view and print multiple reports:

Select Multiple Reports on the Reports menu to display the Select Reports dialog box.
