Mailbox Access Count Report

If you selected Access Count in step 2, you would see the Mailbox Access Count Report dialog
box.

.

On the Mailbox Access Count Report dialog box:

1.

In the Starting Mailbox box:
Enter the number of the lowest-numbered mailbox you want to see displayed.

2.

In the Ending Mailbox box:
Enter the number of the highest-numbered mailbox you want to see displayed.

3.

Click the associated check box for each mailbox type you want to see listed in the report.

4.

Click the

button to save your entries and display the report.

The Mailbox Access Count report shows how many times a mailbox has been accessed since the
last time the report was reset. The count applies to Subscriber, Guest, Announcement, Call Routing,
Directory Dialing, and Interactive Mailboxes. The report shows the extension, type, name, and
access count for every mailbox in the range you selected.

The type of mailbox determines when the Voice Mail will increment the access counter:

Subscriber/Guest
Mailbox

when the mailbox is accessed from the Auto Attendant

Announcement
Mailbox

when the announcement plays for the first time

Call Routing,
Directory Dialing
Mailbox

when the Welcome Message plays

Interactive
Mailbox

when the first interactive prompt plays
