Port Usage Report
But if you selected Usage in step 2, you would see the Port Usage Report dialog box. This
dialog box asks if you want to clear out the contents of your report by resetting it to zero.
On the Port Usage Report dialog box:
1.
In the Starting Port box:
Enter the first port that you wish to display on the report.
2.
In the Ending Port box:
Enter the last port that you wish to display on the report.
3.
Click Yes to reset the report, OR
click No to keep the current contents of the report.
4.
Click the
button to save your selection and display the report.
If you clicked Yes in step 3 above, the Port Usage report would read, Port Usage Report reset.
But if you clicked No in step 3, the Port Usage report would show how the Voice Mail ports have
been used up to the time you asked for the report. (If there are no entries, the report will read, Port
Usage Report empty.) For each port, the report displays the following fields:
Tenant
currently shows “1” because the system supports only one tenant.
Lamp Update
(count)
shows how many times the port has been used for Message Waiting
Lamp Updates.
Incoming Calls
(count and total
time)
shows the number of times and the total amount of time that a port has
been used for incoming calls.
Net./ Notif.
Callouts (count
and total time)
shows the number of times and the total amount of time that a port has
been used for Network and Message Notification callouts.
FAX Callouts
(count and total
time)
shows the number of times and the total amount of time that a port has
been used for FAX callouts.

To see the call state or port state of a Voice Mail port:
click the
icon on the menu bar.
