2. In the Copy To Mailbox field, enter the number of the mailbox where you want the informa-
tion copied:
O
To copy information to a single mailbox, enter the desired number.
O
To copy information to several mailbox numbers, enter the desired numbers separated
by a comma (,) such as 12, 14, 15.
O
To copy information to a range of numbers, separate the desired numbers by a hyphen,
such as 24-48.
3. In
Mailbox Types
, select the desired radio box for the type of mailbox to which you wish to
copy the information.
4. In
Select Fields to Copy
, you determine which programming fields in the different Mail-
box Properties Pages that should be copied to the mailbox(es) you specified in step 2.
Click the
Select All Fields
button. You see all programming fields highlighted for each
Mailbox Property Page in the
Select Fields to Copy
box.
5. Using the scroll bar to review these fields, you can do the following:
O
To deselect a particular field, press and hold the
Ctrl
key while clicking on the desired
field. The field is no longer highlighted.
O
To deselect all fields, click the Unselect All Fields button. None of the fields are
highlighted. You can then manually select particular fields.
O
To manually select a group of fields, press and hold the Shift key while clicking on one
of the fields. Or, to manually select different fields, press and hold the Ctrl key whiling
clicking on each desired field.
6. When you are finished, click OK or Cancel (to quit). If you clicked OK , you see a confirma-
tion that you are about to copy data for the number of fields you specified in step 5 to the
desired mailbox(es). For example:

to confirm the copy function. You see:

You return to the Mailbox Options screen.
