Checking/Deleting a Message
After recording and sending a message, the message sender can check to see whether the
intended recipient listened to it by using one of the following features:
Q
RS (Record and Send)
Q
MF (Message Forward)
Q
FD (Future Delivery).
If the intended recipient has not listened to the message, the message sender can delete it. The
message sender can listen to the message before deleting it.

Exiting a Mailbox
Mailbox users can exit their mailbox by hanging up or by pressing a single key. If they press
the exit key, they can then either:

Change their minds and return to their own mailboxes.
OR
Q
Go to the Automated Attendant.

Forwarding Calls to a Mailbox
Users can forward their incoming calls to their own mailboxes. After the NT Voice Mail
answers the call, the caller can leave a message. This feature should be used only if the Voice
Mail is not set up with Automated Attendant.

Mailbox users can get recorded help, if they press an incorrect code or forget what code to
press.

Mailbox users can get the time and date from their mailboxes.
