Announcem ent Mai lboxes

Description

An Announcement Mailbox is an “information only” type of mailbox that plays an announcement
(such as movie schedules, meeting schedules, insurance claim information, etc.). A caller dials into
the Voice Mail and listens to the recorded announcement. After the announcement is finished
playing, the Voice Mail either hangs up or sends the caller back to the Automated Attendant.

To access Announcement Mailboxes:
