Mailbox Report

To view and print a Mailbox report by Options, Directory List, Numeric
List, Access Count or Call Flags:

Select Mailbox on the Reports menu.

On the Mailbox drop-down menu, select:

Mailbox Options Report

If you selected Options above in step 2, you would see the Mailbox Options Report dialog box.

Availability:

All phone systems

Options

to display a Mailbox report by Options, OR

Directory List

to display a Mailbox report by type and Directory List, OR

Numeric List

to display a Mailbox report by number, OR

Access Count

to display a Mailbox report by the number of times a given mailbox has
been accessed, OR
