User Features
Auto Forward
When Auto Forward is enabled, the NT Voice Mail will forward a user’s messages to a partner
mailbox (a mailbox belonging to another user). As a result, if the user goes on vacation, the
partner can immediately respond to any messages that the vacationing user receives.

respectively.
In the User’s Guide, see also:

Auto Help
Users can turn off some of the voice prompts (automatic help menus). This is handy when
users become familiar with the Voice Mail and no longer need to hear all of the voice prompts
to help them use the system.
In the User’s Guide, see also:
Changing the Auto Help.
Auto Time-Stamp
When Auto Time-Stamp is turned on by the user, the Voice Mail will play the time and date
when the message was left and the name (or number) of the message sender, after it plays the
message.
If Auto Time-Stamp is turned off, however, a user must press T I (8 4) during or after a mes-
sage in order to get this information.
In the User’s Guide, see also:
Changing the Auto Time-Stamp Option.
Call Announcing
A user can turn Call Announcing on or off for Automated Attendant callers. When it is on, the
Automated Attendant lets an extension user know who is calling. The extension user can then
either accept the call or re-route it to the Automated Attendant.
In the User’s Guide, see also:
Changing the Call Announcing Option.
