Responses, Silence Limit for:
This is the amount of time that a caller can be silent while recording a response before the
Voice Mail sends the caller to the next interactive prompt.
Responses, Mailbox for
This is the mailbox that stores the recorded responses.
Responses, Review Mode for
This option lets the Voice Mail play back the responses so the callers can review what they
said and, if necessary, change it. The Voice Mail can play back the responses in one of two
ways:

After each one is recorded
Q
After all responses have been recorded
For either review mode, the Voice Mail says the following: Your recorded response is:, then
the response (s). If this is correct, press
C
. If this is incorrect press

.

• The Voice Mail a caller know right away if the mailbox to store their
responses is full. The prompt, Mailbox is full, is played followed by the
closing announcement (if there is one). This way, the caller does not waste
time recording responses when the system will not be able to store them.
• The Voice Mail stores a response set as long as the caller records at least
one response.
