Port Report
To view and print a Port report by options or usage:
1. Select Port on the Reports menu.
2. On the Port drop-down menu:
Select Options to display a Port Options report, or select Usage to display a Port Usage report.
Port Options Report
If you selected Options in step 2 above, you would see the Port Option Report dialog box.
On the Port Option Report dialog box:

In the Starting Port box:
Enter the first port that you wish to display on the report.
4. In the Ending Port box:
Enter the last port that you wish to display on the report.
5. Click the button to save your selection and display the report.
For each port in your Voice Mail system, the Port Option report shows the options and their cur-
rently programmed values. Port options include In Service, Allow Lamp callouts, Allow Notifica-
tion/Wake-Up callouts, Allow FAX callouts, Allow Network callouts, Tenant, Extension,
Answering Schedule Table, and Self Test.
