About FAX Distribution Lists

Distribution List lets the NT
Voice Mail send up to 10 different
FAX
documents to 100
FAX
numbers (maximum) on the
date and at the time you select. This makes it easy to send updates about several products to
each of your branch offices.
The system must be equipped with a
FAX PCB
. The NT Voice Mail can accommodate up to
two
FAX PCBs.
With two
FAX PCBs,
the Voice Mail can send
two
FAX
documents simulta-
neously.

Future Delivery Mailbox
Lets someone record a message and have the Voice Mail send it to any mailbox at a future date
and time. This feature makes it easy to remind other people of appointments and meetings.

Flexible Mailbox Numbering Plan
Lets the System Administrator number the mailboxes to match the current extension and trunk
numbering plan.

Variable Length Mailbox Numbers
Mailbox numbers in your Voice Mail can be either of a fixed or a variable length. When set up
for variable length mailbox numbers, the Voice Mail can simultaneously accommodate, for
example, 2-digit, 3-digit, and 4-digit mailbox numbers.
