To use the Fax Distribution List Options dialog box (cont’d):
10. If there is a problem with your Voice Mail or phone list or an error in a FAX document, click
the button to cancel any FAX calls that have not yet been dialed.
11. Click the button to enable the current FAX Numbers list.
12. When you have finished entering information about this distribution list:
click the button to apply your entries to the current distribution list and move
to the dialog box for the next distribution list.
13. Repeat the 12 steps listed above for each distribution list that you want to customize.
To apply your entries to the current dialog box and remain there:
Click the button.
To save your entries on the current dialog box and return to a previ-
ous dialog box:
Click the button.
To save your entries on the current dialog box and then move to
another dialog box:
Click the button, enter the number of the distribution list where you want to move,
and click the button.
When you have finished customizing the last distribution list:
Click the button to cause the Voice Mail to apply your entries to this slot and to
remove the dialog box from the screen. You will return to the Voice Mail Main window.
