Caller I.D. Action
This string is the number that the Automated Attendant should dial when it receives a call from
the number in the corresponding Caller I.D. Match string described on the previous page.
When you have finished adding these fields to the Caller I.D. Table:
Click the
button to create another Caller I.D. Table.
To return from a higher-numbered Caller I.D. Table, such as 5, to a
lower-numbered Caller I.D. Table, such as 2:
Click the
button.
When you have finished creating all your Caller I.D. Tables:
Click the
button to save your entries and return to the
Voice Mail Main window.
Availability:
All versions of the NT Voice Mail. The phone system (such as the
ONYX and Nitsuko 241/384i) must support Caller I.D.
Default:
None
Entries:
None
Caller I.D. number up to 16 digits:
Extension number
Mailbox number
X- Recognize Caller I.D. digit
I- Ignore Caller I.D. digit.
Notes:
If the Caller I.D. Match string is 203378IIII and the Caller I.D. Action
string is IIIXXXIIII, the Automated Attendant will transfer calls from
203378IIII to Mailbox 378.
