General Properties Page

The following mailbox options are on the General Properties Page and can be programmed for
Directory Dialing Mailboxes.

Options

Programmable

Options

include Mailbox Type, Name, Department, Tenant and Directory List.

Mailbox Type

This option allows you to assign a mailbox type.

Name

This option allows you to assign a name to the Directory Dialing Mailbox.  The name appears
on system reports.  A caller dials this name from a Directory Dialing Mailbox to reach this
Directory Dialing Call Mailbox.

Availability:

All versions of the NT Voice Mail.

Default:

Depends on the phone system that is installed.

When you change a mailbox type, the Voice Mail erases any messages
