Directory List (cont’d)

Announcement

The following fields can be programmed: Repeat Count, Hang Up After.

Repeat Count

This field sets the number of times the Announcement Message is repeated to a caller.

Hang Up After

This field determine what the Voice Mail does with call after all the repetitions of the
Announcement Message have played. If you select Hang Up After, the Voice Mail says Good-
by, and hangs up. If you do not select Hang Up After, the call is returned to the Automated
Attendant (that is, the Instruction Menu for the Call Routing or Directory Dialing Mailbox that
handled the call).
