No
Replace light switch (headlight switch).

13 Measure voltage at terminal 4F at CPU
connector D of wiring harness.
Is voltage 0 V?
Yes Replace CPU.

No Repair wiring harness between light switch (headlight
switch) and CPU.

14 Remove driver’s side front scuff plate.
Remove driver’s side front side trim.
Turn headlight switch to OFF.
Measure voltage at terminal 3A at CPU
connector C of wiring harness.
Is voltage B+?
Yes Go to next step.
No
Repair wiring harness between headlight relay and CPU.
