STEP INSPECTION
ACTION
Remove headlight relay.
Inspect headlight relay.
D- 0 9 -1 8 HEADLIGHT RELAY
INSPECTION
is headlight relay okay?
Yes Go to next step.
No
Replace headlight relay.
Remove TNS relay.
Inspect TNS relay.

0 9-18 TNS RELAY INSPECTION
Is TNS relay okay?
Yes With DRL: Go to next step.
Without DRL: Go to step 8.
No Replace TNS relay.
Remove driver’s side front scuff plate.
Remove driver’s side front side trim.
Measure voltage at terminal 4K at CPU
connector D of wiring harness.
Is voltage
B+?
Yes
Go to next step.

Repair wiring harness between headlight high relay and
CPU.

Measure voltage at terminal 4E at CPU
connector D of wiring harness.
Is voltage
B+?
Yes Go to next step.

No Repair wiring harness between headlight relay and CPU.

Is voltage
B+?
Yes Go to step 9.
