Sets parameters for the FETAP application.
DRC ← FETAP Configuration
The FETAP protocol specifies the procedures and messages to control the Forward
Traffic Channel for subtype 2 signals. The packet size, forward data rate and the num-
ber of occupied slots is defined in terms of a "Pkt Type" number, which represents a
DRC Index signaled on the control channel sync. message, together with a packet
size. Each DRC index comprises a group of packet type indices. The largest packet
type index per DRC index corresponds to the "canonical" transmission format, the
other transmission formats are termed "non-canonical".
The "DRC" (Data Rate Control) section shows the DRC index, packet size (bits), data
rate, and the slot count ("# Slots") for each selected data packet type.
