FCH/SCH0 Configuration
Sets the parameters for the test of forward fundamental channel and forward supple-
mental channel 0.
Pattern Generation ← FCH/SCH0 Configuration
Sets the type of pattern the R&S
CMW generates and sends to the MS.
●
Random
: Sends a random pattern to the MS and is the preferred method to obtain
the best measurement performance.
●
Fixed
: Sends the bit pattern defined in the Pattern field. The R&S
CMW generates
one fundamental data block to the MS. After a delay to allow for processing, the
MS sends one reverse fundamental data block back to the R&S
CMW. The
R&S
CMW can set the bits within a data block to a random pattern or any desired
value (fixed).
Remote command:

CONFigure:CDMA:SIGN<i>:SCONfig:TDATa:SCH:PGENeration
Pattern ← FCH/SCH0 Configuration
Defines the bit pattern that the pattern generator uses to send to the MS for measure-
ments. This pattern is used if "Pattern Generation" is set to
Fixed
.
Remote command:

Circular Buffer Frames ← FCH/SCH0 Configuration
Sets the number of frames to use in the circular buffer of the FCH and SCH0 when the
random pattern is selected.
Remote command:

Tx On/Off Period ← FCH/SCH0 Configuration
Sets the transmission on | off period in frames of the F-FCH, R-FCH, F-SCH0 and R-
SCH0 when the frame activity is deterministic while performing the test data service.
Remote command:
