The tables provide an overview of statistical values. Other detailed views provide a
subset of these values:
●
Error Vector Magnitude
: calculated percentage of vector error (RMS and peak)
between the received signal and an ideal signal
●
Magnitude Error
: difference in amplitude (RMS and peak) between the received
signal waveform and an ideal signal waveform.
●
Phase Error
: phase difference (RMS and peak) of the I/Q components of the sig-
nal received from the mobile station and an ideal reference signal at the detection
points
●
Carrier Feedthrough
: refers to the I/Q origin offset, which is the magnitude of the
RF carrier relative to the magnitude of the modulated carrier
●
I/Q Imbalance
: the amplitude ratio between the I and Q components of the signal
●
Carrier Frequency Error
: the difference between the nominal frequency of the
selected channel and the measured frequency
●
Transmit Time Error
: the time offset between the MS signal and the trigger event
coupled with the forward signal
If the CDMA2000 signaling application is used in parallel, select the super frame
trigger provided by the signaling application.
●
Waveform Quality
: the ratio of the correlated power to the total power. Addition-
ally, the waveform quality at the maximum/minimum power since the start of the
measurement is displayed.
●
MS Power
: transmitter output power of the mobile station. The filter bandwidth
used for the measurement is indicated in brackets.
