Power Levels
The individual physical channel power and the OCNS power are expressed relative to
the total output power of the generator. The total power of all active physical channels
(excluding OCNS channels) is called "accumulated power".
If the accumulated power is smaller than the output power of the generator, this gap is
filled by Orthogonal Channel Noise Simulator (OCNS) channels. The OCNS is used to
simulate the users or control signals on unused channelization codes.
