selected band class: limit set A is dedicated to band class 0, limit set B is used for all
other band classes.

Gets/sets the OBW limits for Limit Set A. This limit set is dedicated to Band Class 0.

0 MHz to 16 MHz

1.48 MHz
The OBW limits for 1 isolated carrier, 2 adjacent carriers and 3
adjacent carriers. In single-carrier scenarios, OBWLimit_1i is the
one and only applicable OBW limit.
