When the difference between the target speed 60FFh and the actual user speed 606Ch is
within ± 606Dh and the time reaches 606Eh, the speed is considered to be reached and bit10
of status word 6041h is 1 in the profile speed mode. Conversely, bit10 of status word 6061h is
0.
