When using the soft limit function, the soft limit unit is an encoder unit, and when the soft limit state is
entered, the soft limit state may be entered and exited frequently. Setting the corresponding hysteresis
loop value according to the actual situation can effectively circumvent the frequent entering-exiting
soft limit state.
