If adjusting the friction compensation coefficient (Pn163) is not effective, adjust the
friction compensation gain (Pn161), and after adjusting the friction compensation gain
(Pn161), return to step 2 for adjustment of the compensation coefficient (Pn163).
Repeat steps 2 and 3.

Precautions
●
The higher the setting of the friction compensation gain (Pn161), the better the responsiveness
to external disturbances, but too large a setting
Vibrations are easily generated.
●
The higher the setting value of friction compensation coefficient (Pn63), the better the effect,
but too high a setting value is prone to vibration.
Recommended users are set at 90% or less.
