replaced by ABSR,
which is output by DO2.

When ABSR is OFF means the servo
can accept the Request command of
ABSQ; When ABSR is ON means the
data has been prepared after receiving
the Request command and the ABSD
data is correct, and the controller can
take away the ABSD data. The output is
valid only when DI ABSE is ON.
