Speed command low-pass filter smooth time
constant
Increasing time constant will smooth the speed
command curve, but it will slow down the
response.
Note: 0 means this function is disabled.
The actual time to catch the speed command is
around 5 times of SFLT.

TQC Torque command filter time constant
This parameter is to set filter time constant of
torque command. With an appropriate setting, the
motor can run smoothly when the servo drive
encounters a sudden change of torque command.
The actual time to catch torque command is 5
times of TQC.
