Encoder wiring is
incorrect. Check if the wiring follows the
instructions in the user manual. Wiring correctly.
Encoder connector is
loose. Check the connection. Re-install.
Encoder is damaged. Check if the motor is abnormal. Replace the motor.

poor. Check if there is any poor wiring. Reconnect the wiring.

Fan error

Fan stops working. Turn off the power, replace the fan by yourself, or send your
servo drive back to the distributor or manufacturer.

over-current.
