8. Position deviation: when event 7 occurs, if signal
4 (or 5) is off, it means the position has deviated
and AL.1B can be triggered.
Note: set whether to enable this alarm with PD28.Y.

The corresponding DI bit is 0:
If DI setting is LSP/LSN/EMG signal, it is B contact.
If DI setting is not LSP/LSN/EMG signal,it is A
contact.
The corresponding DI bit is 1:
If DI function is LSP/LSN/EMG, it is A contact.
If DI function is not LSP/LSN/EMG, it is B contact.
Note: if any DI is assigned to be controlled by
Communication(refer to PD16), this setting is invalid.
