CAP function is disabled.

Note: if need change this setting, turn off CAP
function to write in.

After capturing the first data, automatically set the
current position as the first position reset
data(PC45).

After capturing the first data, if PC50 d.Bit0 = 0,
activate CMP function(PC50 x.Bit0 = 1) and reset
PC49 to previously value, but this setting is invalid
if CMP function is already activated.
If PC50 d.Bit0 = 1, the high speed CMP function
is enabled(PC50 x.Bit0 = 1).
