ON.
• The bit [Manual/Automatic Mode] of the axis specified by PROG com-
mand is OFF.
• A unit alarm, motion task alarm, or an alarm of the axis specified by
PROG command is occurring, or the bit [External Forced Stop Request] is
ON.
