Field descriptions for the Shared UUI Feature
Priorities page
The fields in this page show the priorities for each type of information to be forwarded in the Shared UUI.
This page appears only on the ISDN trunk group screen when all of the following conditions are met:
•
The UUI IE Treatment field is shared.
•
The Supplementary Service Protocol field is set to anything except b.

Changing the priorities in this screen may affect whether certain information will be sent. For more
information about setting priorities, see “Information Forwarding” in Avaya Communication Manager
Contact Center Guide to ACD Contact Centers. These fields are unique to the ISDN trunk group screen.
ASAI
User information from ASAI. Valid entries are 1 to 6 (1 is high) and blank. If blank, that field’s
information is not forwarded.
Collected Digits
Digits collected from caller (not including dial-ahead digits). Valid entries are 1 to 6 (1 is high) and blank.
If blank, that field’s information is not forwarded.
In-VDN TIme
Number of seconds the call has spent in vector processing. Valid entries are 1 to 6 (1 is high) and blank. If
blank, that field’s information is not forwarded.
Other LAI Information
Includes the time stamp of when the call entered the current queue, the call’s priority level in its current
queue, and the type of interflow. Valid entries are 1 to 6 (1 is high) and blank. If blank, that field’s
information is not forwarded.
