SERVICE OBSERVING PERMISSION
Class of Service
This screen administers access permissions for call processing features that require dial code or feature
button access.
NOTE:
Class of Service (COS) does not apply to trunk groups except for the Remote Access
feature.
A COS assignment defines whether or not a telephone user may access or use the following features and
functions. Up to 16 different COS numbers may be administered (0–15).
