Outgoing Seizure (msec)
Appears when the Country field is 15, the Direction field is outgoing or two-way, and the
Trunk Type
field is 2-wire-ac, 2-wire-dc, or 3-wire. This timer is sent only to the TN2199 circuit pack.
Outgoing Seizure Response (sec)
This timer is sent to the TN438B, TN439, TN447, TN458, TN464B (or later), TN465B (or later), TN767,
TN2140, TN2147, TN2184, TN2199, and TN2242 circuit packs.

Brazil pulsed E&M signaling, use 255.
