This is the announcement the caller receives after being in the
queue for the time interval specified in First Announcement Delay.
If the call hasn’t been answered after the announcement, the caller
hears music (only after the first announcement) if Music-on-Hold is
provided, or ringing for as long as it remains in the queue. If this is
the forced first announcement, the caller always hears ringback
after the announcement; otherwise, the caller hears music (if
provided).
