If the system uses the default summer time that is one hour ahead of the standard time, ahead and the
parameters behind ahead can be neglected. For example, set the summer time to start from 2:00 a.m. of
the first Sunday in April to 2:00 a.m. of the last Sunday in October and set the summer time to one hour
ahead of the standard time.
