29) Loosen the manual valve fully.
30) Lift up the swivel case a little, and unlock the tilt stopper to
lower the swivel case to the lowermost position.
31) Tighten the manual valve to the specified torque.
TORQUE: 1.7 N.m (0.2 kgf.m, 1.3 lbf.ft)
Install the following parts.
- Mount case (P. 13-5)
- Engine under case (P. 12-4)
- Engine assembly (P. 6-9)

26) Tighten the new 7/8-14 UNF self-locking nut to the specified
torque.
TORQUE: 40 N.m (4.1 kgf.m, 30 lbf.ft) - 180

27) Apply rust-preventive agent to the threads of the tilting
shaft, and install the tilting bolt cap.
28) Install the new 10 mm self-locking nut to the specified
torque.
TORQUE: 35 N.m (3.6 kgf.m, 26 lbf.ft)
