17) Remove the grip rubber and remove the 6 x 12 mm flange

14) Remove the 8 x 28 mm flange bolt and remove the height adjusting block.
15) Remove the 12 mm hex nut [small] from the steering bracket.
Loosen the 12 x 80 mm hex bolt, and remove the 12 mm hex nut [large], 14 mm wave washer, 12.2 x 23 x 16 mm
distance collar, 12 x 80 mm hex bolt and the 12 mm washer [small].
Remove the steering bracket and the 12 mm washer [large].
16) Check the steering handle bushings mounted on the steering bracket installation part of the tiller handle assembly
for wear, damage or deformation. Replace the bushings with new ones if necessary.
