If no address is configured for the specified source interface, this command does not take effect. For
this command to take effect, assign an address to the source interface.

motd : Configures the greeting banner to be displayed before the legal banner appears.

: Configures the banner to be displayed before a user accesses user view.
text
: Specifies the banner message. You can enter the banner message on the same line as the
keywords or on different lines. For more information, see Fundamentals Configuration Guide .
