1. External power to USB OTG phy, HDMI phy, MIPI D-phy and DAC can be off to prevent current leakage if they are not
used in normal mode. In this case, you should set the following bits in OTHERS register to 1’b0: MIPI_DPHY_EN[28],
DAC_EN[26], and USB_SIG_MASK[16]. But External power to PLL and TS ADC should be supplied even if they are not
used in normal mode.
