occurs.
BATF condition occurs when the nBAT_FLT input signal
is activated (goes LOW)

01 = generate interrupt
10 = ignore
11 = BATFLT causes entry into E-SLEEP
E-SLEEP is a special case of the SLEEP mode which is
entered when the BATFLT is activated
E-SLEEP configuration support requires:
