Constant Float Register of The Vertex Shader, R/W, Address = 0x0001_4000 ~ 0x0001_4FFF
The constant floating-point numbers can be stored in the constant float register for calculating in the program. The
constant float register has 256 entries. Each entry is composed of 4 channels, x, y, z, w as below. Each channel is
32-bit word and has IEEE single precision floating-point format. (De-normalized number is not supported.) Initial
value of this register is un-known because it is stored internal sram. User has to initialize this register before use
it.
