Riempimento circuito
impianto frizione
Attenzione
Il liquido impiegato nell’impianto
frizione, oltre a danneggiare la vernice,
è dannosissimo a contatto degli
occhi o della pelle; lavare quindi
abbondantemente con acqua corrente
la parte interessata in caso di
accidentale contatto.
Riempire il serbatoio con olio
prescritto prelevato da un contenitore
intatto.
Importante
Mantenere sempre a livello
l’olio dell’impianto durante tutta
l’operazione e lasciare l’estremità del
tubo trasparente sempre immersa nel
liquido scaricato.
Azionare diverse volte la leva della
frizione per riempire l’impianto e
spurgare l’aria.
Collegare alla valvola di spurgo (3)
lo spurgatore.
Pompare con lo spurgatore e allentare
la valvola di spurgo (3) verificando
sempre che il livello non scenda al
di sotto del
MIN
.
Ripetere quest’ultima fase fino a
quando, nel tubo trasparente
collegato alla valvola di spurgo, non
appaiano più bolle d’aria.
Bloccare la valvola di spurgo (3) alla
coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3).
In caso di indisponibilità dello
spurgatore collegare alla valvola di
spurgo (3) un tubicino in plastica
trasparente come descritto per lo
scarico dell’impianto.
Aprire la valvola di spurgo di
1/2÷1
giro
e quindi richiudere la valvola.
Importante
Non rilasciare la leva della
frizione se la valvola non è ben
serrata.
Rilasciare lentamente la leva della
frizione e attendere diversi secondi
dopo aver raggiunto la fine della corsa
della leva.
Ripetere l’operazione finché dal
tubicino in plastica uscirà liquido privo
di bollicine d’aria.
Bloccare alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3) la valvola di spurgo (3) e
installare il cappuccio di protezione.
Portare il liquido a circa
3
mm sopra il
riferimento di livello
MIN
del
serbatoio.
Rimontare il tappo (2) con membrana
serrando le viti (1).
Filling the clutch circuit
Warning
Clutch fluid will damage painted
surfaces if spilled on them. In addition,
it is very harmful in contact with the
skin or with the eyes; in the event of
accidental contact wash the affected
area with abundant running water.
Fill the reservoir with the
recommended fluid from a
previously unopened container.
Important
During the following operation,
the fluid level must remain topped up
at all times. The end of the transparent
plastic tubing must remain immersed
in the discharged fluid at all times.
Operate the clutch lever and keep
it pulled to fill the circuit and expel
any air.
Connect the bleed tool to the bleed
valve (3).
Pump with the bleeding tool and
loosen off the bleed valve (3).
Check that the reservoir level does
not fall below the
MIN
mark.
Repeat the bleeding operation until
the fluid flowing from the tube is
completely free of air bubbles.
Tighten the bleed screw (3) to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3).
If you do not have a bleed tool
available, connect a length of
transparent plastic tubing to bleed
valve (3) as outlined in the draining
procedure.
Open the bleed valve by
1/2
to
1
turn
and then close it.
Important
Do not release the clutch lever
until the bleed valve has been fully
tightened.
Slowly release the clutch lever and
wait several seconds once the lever
has returned to its rest position.
Repeat the bleeding operation until air
bubbles no longer come out of the
plastic tube.
Tighten the bleed valve (3) to
the specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Replace the protection cap.
Top up the fluid level to approximately
3
mm above the
MIN
mark on the
reservoir.
Refit plug (2) with the membrane and
tighten down screws (1).
