Aggiunta elettrolito
Rimuovere la batteria dal veicolo.
Attenzione
Prima di eseguire operazioni
sulla batteria occorre tenere presente
le relative norme di sicurezza
(Sez. A 3).
Il liquido elettrolitico contenuto nella
batteria è tossico e a contatto con la
pelle può causare ustioni, in quanto
contiene acido solforico.
Indossare abiti protettivi, maschera
per il viso e occhiali protettivi durante
l'aggiunta del liquido.
Se il liquido venisse a contatto con la
pelle, lavare abbondantemente con
acqua fresca. Se venisse a contatto
con gli occhi, lavare abbondantemente
con acqua per 15 minuti e consultare
immediatamente un medico oculista.
Se venisse accidentalmente ingerito,
bere acqua o latte in grandi quantità,
continuare con latte di magnesia
uova sbattute od olio vegetale.
Non avvicinare alla batteria scintille,
fiamme, sigarette o qualsiasi altra
fonte di calore, in quanto emana gas
esplosivi.
Aerare il locale in fase di ricarica o di
utilizzo della batteria in luoghi chiusi.
Evitare di inalare i gas prodotti
durante la ricarica.
TENERE FUORI DALLA PORTATA
DEI BAMBINI.
Posizionare la batteria su una
superficie piana.Togliere la pellicola
protettiva (1).
Attenzione
Assicurarsi che l'elettrolito sia
quello specifico per la vostra batteria.
Togliere il contenitore con l'elettrolito
dal sacchetto di vinile. Staccare dal
contenitore (2) il listello coi
cappucci (3).
Importante
Tenere a disposizione il listello
coi cappucci (3) perché verranno
utilizzati successivamente come tappi
per le celle della batteria.
Topping up the
electrolyte
Remove the battery from the vehicle.
Warning
Carefully read the relevant
safety regulations before working
on the battery (Sect. A 3).
The electrolyte in the battery is toxic
and can cause burns if it comes into
contact with the skin, because it
contains sulphuric acid.
Wear protective clothing, a face-mask
and goggles when adding electrolyte.
If the liquid comes into contact with
the skin, wash thoroughly with cold
water. If it comes into contact with
the eyes, wash thoroughly with water
for 15 minutes and consult an
ophthalmologist. In the event of
accidental ingestion, drink large
quantities of water or milk, and
continue with milk of magnesia,
beaten egg or vegetable oil. Do not
allow sparks, flames, cigarettes or
any other heat source to come near
the battery, as it produces explosive
gases.
When recharging or using the battery
indoors, make sure that the room is
adequately ventilated. Do not inhale
the gases produced during recharging.
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
Place the battery on a flat surface.
Remove the protective film (1).
Warning
Make certain that the
electrolyte is of the specific type
for your battery.
Remove the container with the
electrolyte from the vinyl bag.
Remove the strip with the caps (3)
from the container (2).
Important
Keep the cap strip (3) to hand
because they will be used later as
plugs for the battery cells.
