Removing the footrests
The LH footpeg can be removed
entire once the screw (A) securing
the lever (B) to the gear change shaft
has been removed.
Undo the two screws (7) securing the
footpeg to the frame and remove the
complete footpeg and plate (2)
assembly.
To remove the plate (1) complete
with footpeg, undo and remove the
screws (7) securing the footpeg to
the frame.
To separate the footpeg from the
bracket, remove retaining ring (10)
and withdraw pin (4) to release the
footpeg and spring (3).
Refitting the footrests
To reassemble the front footpeg,
position spring (3) between footpeg
stops (
5 ) or (6) and, to fit it to the
footpeg plate, insert the straight
end (C) of the spring into the hole
in the plate.
Insert pin (4) from the front side of the
bracket, securing it on the other side
with lock ring (10).
Fit the entire assembly to the frame,
securing it with the screws (7) – apply
prescribed threadlocker.
Tighten screws (7) to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
Refit the lever (B) to the gearbox
shaft, tightening screw (A) to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Smontaggio pedane
La rimozione della pedana sinistra
completa è possibile dopo aver
rimosso la vite (A) che fissa la
levetta (B) all’albero cambio.
Svitare le due viti (7) di fissaggio
al telaio e rimuovere la piastra (2)
con pedana completa.
Per rimuovere la piastra (1) con
pedana completa svitare e rimuovere
le viti (7) di fissaggio al telaio.
Per separare la pedana dalla piastra
di supporto, rimuovere l’anello di
fermo (10) e sfilare il perno (4)
liberando la pedana e la molla (3).
Rimontaggio pedane
Posizionare la molla (3) tra le battute
della pedana (
5 ) o (6) e montarli
sulla piastra portapedana, inserendo
l’estremità rettilinea (C) della molla
nel foro della piastra.
Introdurre dal lato anteriore il perno (4),
opportunamente ingrassato,
e bloccarlo sul lato opposto con
l’anello di fermo (10).
Procedere al montaggio del gruppo
completo sul telaio, fissandolo con le
viti (7), sulle quali applicare frenafiletti
prescritto.
Bloccare le viti (7) alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Rimontare la levetta (B) sull’albero
cambio serrando alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3) la vite (A).
