Funzione “Lap Time Memory”
La visualizzazione dei tempi sul giro
registrati è possibile quando la
motocicletta è ferma e il motore è
spento. Per entrare nella funzione
“Lap Time Memory” si deve tenere
premuto il tasto Dx mentre si porta la
chiave in posizione “ON”. Una volta
entrati nella modalità di
visualizzazione rilasciare il tasto: i dati
memorizzati si possono scorrere
premendo il tasto Sx.
Sul display LCD viene visualizzato il
numero associato al giro, il tempo
impiegato e la velocità massima
raggiunta durante il giro. Il contagiri
visualizza il regime motore massimo
raggiunto attivando eventualmente
le spie di cambiata con la consueta
logica.
Per resettare le rilevazioni
cronometriche, si deve premere il
tasto Dx per almeno 5 secondi.
L'uscita dalla funzione “Lap Time
Memory” avviene quando si porta la
chiave in posizione “OFF”.
Funzione tensione batteria
Il cruscotto misura la tensione
batteria visualizzandola nel riquadro
in basso a destra del display LCD.
Per leggere il valore, si deve premere
il tasto Dx fino alla comparsa della
scritta “VBATT”.
tensione è superiore o uguale a
16,1 Volt, compare la scritta “HI”
lampeggiante.
Durante la fase di trascinamento del
motore, la soglia per la comparsa
della scritta “LO” viene spostata a
8,5 Volt in modo da tenere conto
dell'elevata caduta di tensione dovuta
all'assorbimento del motorino di
avviamento: in questo modo si
evitano falsi allarmi sulla lettura della
tensione batteria.
Quando il cruscotto rileva una
tensione batteria anomala, si porta in
modalità di allarme e provvede a
commutare la lettura del display sulla
funzione “VBATT”. Se durante
l'allarme viene premuto il pulsante Dx,
viene visualizzata la nuova grandezza
per 10 secondi per poi tornare a
visualizzare l'allarme. Al termine
dell'anomalia, il cruscotto riprende la
modalità di funzionamento normale.
Lap Time Memory function
The recorded lap times can be
displayed when the motorcycle is
stationary and the engine is switched
off. To enter the Lap Time Memory
function, hold down the RH button
while turning the key to ON. Once the
display mode has been activated,
release the button: scroll through
the stored data by pressing the LH
button.
The LCD will show the lap number,
time and maximum speed per lap.
The rev counter displays the
maximum engine speed; the gear
change lights will also operate
according to their usual logic.
To reset the recorded lap times,
hold down the RH button for more
than 5 seconds.
To exit the Lap Time Memory
function, turn the key to OFF.
Battery voltage
The instrument panel displays the
battery voltage in the box at the
bottom RH corner of the LCD. To read
the value, hold down the RH button
until the VBATT symbol appears.
The display limits are 10 and 16 Volts:
if the battery voltage is between
10 and 12 Volts or between 15 to
16 Volts, the value flashes to indicate
that the battery voltage is outside the
optimal operating range. If the voltage
is less than or equal to 9.9 Volts, a
flashing LO symbol appears, while if it
is greater than or equal to 16.1 Volts,
a flashing HI symbol appears.
When the engine is being started,
the lower threshold for the “LO”
symbol shifts to 8.5 Volts so as to
take account of the voltage drop
caused by the current drawn by the
starter motor as it turns the engine
over: this avoids misleading alarm
warnings on the battery voltage
readout.
When the instrument panel reads an
anomalous battery voltage, it moves
to alarm mode and switches the
display automatically to the VBATT
indication. If the RH button is pressed
during the alarm condition, the new
reading is displayed for 10 seconds,
after which the alarm is again
displayed. At the end of the
malfunction, the instrument panel
returns to normal operation.
