Rimontaggio
sospensione posteriore
Lubrificare con grasso prescritto il
gambo e la filettatura della vite (1) e
il sottotesta del dado (3).
Inserire il bilanciere completo (18) tra
i supporti del telaio, nella posizione
raffigurata.
Spingere la vite (1) fino in battuta sul
telaio.
Installare la rosetta (2) e il dado (3).
Bloccare il dado e serrare la vite alla
coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Ingrassare filetto e sottotesta delle
viti (16) e (4), di fissaggio superiore
ammortizzatore e tirante, ed
impuntarle nel bilanciere.
Disporre l’ammortizzatore (17) con il
serbatoio di compensazione in alto,
rivolto verso lato sinistro del telaio.
Inserire lo snodo superiore
dell’ammortizzatore in corrispondenza
del foro posteriore del bilanciere.
Bloccare la vite (16) alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Installare le boccole (6) sugli snodi
del tirante.
Inserire l’estremità superiore del
tirante nel bilanciere e bloccare la
vite (4) alla coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Installare l’estremità inferiore
dell’ammortizzatore (17) e del
tirante (19) nel forcellone.
Ingrassare nel diametro di scorrimento
la bussola filettata (13) e introdurla nel
foro esterno del forcellone.
Note
La parte superiore della testa
della banda (A) deve copiare il profilo
del forcellone.
Ingrassare filetto, sottotesta e
diametro di scorrimento della vite di
fissaggio inferiore (12) ed inserirla
nel forcellone dal lato sinistro.
Bloccare la vite (12) alla coppia di
serraggio prescritta (Sez. C 3).

Reinstalling the rear
suspension
Lubricate the shank and thread of
screw (1) and the underside of the
head of nut (3) with the prescribed
grease.
Insert the complete rocker arm (18)
between the frame supports, as
shown in the figure.
Drive the screw (1) fully home on
the frame.
Install the washer (2) and the nut (3).
Immobilise the nut and tighten the
screw to the specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Grease the threads and underheads
of screws (16) and (4) securing the
upper part of the monoshock with
the linkage and start them into their
holes in the rocker arm.
Locate the shock absorber (17)
with the compensation reservoir
uppermost, facing the LH side of
the frame.
Insert the upper joint of the shock
absorber in line with the rocker arm
rear hole.
Tighten screw (16) to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
Fit the bushings (6) onto both linkage
ball joints.
Fit the upper end of the linkage into
the rocker arm and lock down screw
(4) to its specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Insert the lower end of the shock
absorber (17) and the linkage (19)
into the swingarm.
Grease the sliding surface of the
threaded bushing (13) and fit it into
the outer hole on the swingarm.
Notes
The upper section of the
head of the band (A) should mimic
the profile of the swingarm.
Grease the thread, underside and
sliding surface of the lower retaining
screw (12) and insert it into the
swingarm from the LH side.
Tighten screw (12) to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
