8.1.8 Inverter replacement
The inverter can be replaced with the control circuit wiring kept connected. Before replacement, re-
move the wiring cover of the inverter.

Remove the installation screw of the control circuit terminal block.
Pull the control circuit terminal downward.

Using care not to bend the pins of the inverter’s control circuit connector, reinstall the control
circuit terminal block and fix it with the installation screw.

WARNING:

Do not replace the control terminal of the standard control circuit terminal model (inverter
type without "SC") with the control terminal of the safety stop function model (inverter type
"SC"), or vice versa. If replaced by mistake, the inverter does not operate properly.
●
Before starting inverter replacement, switch power off, wait for at least 10 minutes, and then
check the voltage with a tester and such to ensure safety.

NOTE
Calibration bias and gain changes when changing the control circuit terminal block. Use Pr. 645
and C1 (Pr. 901) to calibrate again in that case.
