Operation is permitted on both ST1 and ST2 (contact point is ON) and inverter
output is available.

When operation is permitted on both ST1 and ST2 (contact point is ON), only
ST2 changes to STO (contact point is OFF). Then, operation is permitted (contact
point is ON) on ST1 again for the entire STO switch allowable time [bd-02].

ST1 changes to STO (contact point is OFF). Then, operation is permitted (contact

(1) The P-1A or P-1b status is kept until the STO switch allowable time [bd-02]
has elapsed.
(2) When operation is permitted on both ST1 and ST2 (contact point is ON), only
