Checking the behavior while the alarm [AL] is on.
• The operation was started.
• P-N voltage monitor optional selection [PA-24] was
set to 01, and P-N voltage monitor optional setting
value [PA-25] was set to the maximum value.
• An overvoltage error [E007] occurred and [AL] was
ON.
